5 Grossmont Griffins Recognized as Baseball Hosts LA Pierce in the First Round of the Playoffs

The Pacific Coast Athletic Association (PCAC) has recognized 5 Grossmont baseball standouts for their hard work and dedication to their team and sport. The following players have been named to the All-PCAC First Team:

Player of the Year: Nico Newhan

Reliever Pitcher of the Year: Trevor Morgan

First Team All-League Infielder: Logan Aguilar

First Team All-League Outfielder: Jacob Embleton

First Team All-League Pitcher: Johnny Nuanez

Congratulations to the Grossmont Baseball players who were honored for their individual accolades and the rest of the team for making it to the first round of the 3C2A Regional Playoffs. Grossmont will host LA Pierce College at home at the Grossmont College Baseball field starting this Friday. The first pitch will be at 2PM.

The first round of playoffs will be a best of 3 series at Grossmont College. Ticket pricing and additional information about this weekend's games can be found on the attached flyer. We hope to see you for this exciting matchup.
