Former Griffins Continue Athletic Careers at NCAA Level

Two standout members of the Grossmont College Class of 2024, Jake Simpson and Zac Barclay, are continuing their academic and athletic journeys at the NCAA level, making an immediate impact with their new programs.
Both Simpson and Barclay were two-time All-PCAC performers and instrumental in helping the Griffins secure the program's 29th Conference Championship. Their leadership and consistent play set the standard for Grossmont's success.
Simpson, who earned All-American honors in 2024, is now competing for the University of Redlands, where he is already contributing as a key member of the Bulldogs. Barclay has taken his talents to the University of La Verne, where he has quickly become an asset for the Leopards.
The Griffins are proud to see their former student-athletes excel both on and off the field, carrying forward the tradition of excellence established at Grossmont College.
